Saretta’s clients have included Google, Indeed, Disney, TikTok, Genentech, Sutter Health, Costco, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Eaton.

She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and partners one-on-one with professionals and executives who want to lead with more intention and impact. Caroline builds confidence, sharpens emotional intelligence, and equips her clients with practical tools they can use immediately to improve their relationships at work and in life.

Caroline’s career began in live entertainment advertising and communications, then grew into social change marketing, where she shaped messaging, guided agency teams, and helped organizations tell stronger stories. As part of agency leadership, she influenced growth, strengthened operations, opened and managed satellite offices, drove new business opportunities, and built lasting client and partner relationships.

Service and mentorship are core to who she is. Caroline is a peer mentor with the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) and serves on their Volunteer Leadership Advisory Council. She is also a proud Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters LA. Caroline is warm, insightful, and deeply committed to helping people grow.
